15. Participation in Social Security Scheme (1) The Fund may publish public notices to voluntarily participate in the Social Security Scheme with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(2) Persons working in any agency, board, committee, center, public institution and private sector establishment can participate in the social security scheme after fulfilling the conditions and procedures prescribed by the fund for publishing the information according to sub-rule (1).
